Spingarn builders is a third generation construction company reestablished in 2014 by its owner, Isaac Spingarn. The company was originally founded in the late 1940’s by Lester Spingarn to build homes in the New Jersey suburbs of New York City. His work was continued by Isaac’s father, Marc Spingarn, who spent his career building homes in ****, ****, and ***. Since the re-establishment of Spingarn Builders in 2014, the company focuses primarily on home renovation. Isaac and Marc have renovated homes dating back to the 1850s as well as newer homes built in the early 2000s. We specialize in finding creative solutions to existing issues that you may have within your home while working to modernize/update existing spaces. Making better use of the existing footprint of kitchens and baths, while keeping cost in mind is the goal of our work.
We are willing to travel throughout New Jersey and have done projects in locations ranging from **** to ****.
